What is Coaching?
Coaching is about being alongside you on your thinking. It supports and challenges you, enabling you to identify and clarify your own goals, developing plans to achieve them. I am not there to offer advice, mentoring or sign-posting. Instead coaching focuses on creating space to explore and pursue thinking in a safe way. Coaching can take the form of a structured conversation or coaching ‘session’ where you are encouraged to think for yourself, in a space that allows you to explore your ideas, focus on actions and be listened to.
Who is it for?
Coaching can help personal development, becoming unstuck, dealing with complex issues and challenges, increasing confidence as well as finding a direction through challenging times.
What does it cost?
I offer a sliding scale so you can decide what to pay for your sessions, anywhere between £40 - £70. Sessions can be agreed for regular dates or on an "as and when" basis depending on your needs. The number of sessions require are totally up to you. You might find 1 session helps you move forward or you might want regular support to work through a lot of change.
